Directions

Apply to clean, dry brow. Start with filling in sparse spots with short, feathery strokes or apply over entire brow for a more defined look. Apply in direction of hair growth. 1) Fills and shapes - I was really skeptical at first. I'm glad I took a chance. As you can see I literally have no eyebrows. I usually use the power to fill but a lot of times it looks way too harsh. Then I also have to worry about it rubbing off and smearing on my face. This is a great product! It fills and shaped not to mention it is also natural looking. I am very untalented and used an eyebrow stencil. The key is to wait for it to set a little then brush it so it blends. 2) Frieda Kahlo Eyebrows - I have three maybe four eyebrow hairs, not on each side but total. I decided that I would try out Wonder Brow, the product that magically gives you eyebrows

Let me tell you a little bit about the product. It claims it is water proof. You can go swimming pop out of the water and still have eyebrows. You can rub it and it won’t smudge. You can comb through it and smooth out what REAL eyebrow hairs you have. You can apply make-up. This all sounded perfect. This is just what I needed.
I ordered the product on Thursday and received it Saturday. So far so good, right?
I watched the video. I read the instructions. I am a relatively intelligent mature woman who has applied make-up before. I can do this. I promptly ran upstairs and scrubbed my face and began the application process. The color was a little darker than I normally use, but hey I can work around that. I began with fine strokes just like the video said. Only instead of strokes it was more like a glob here and a blob there. No problem I’ll smooth it out. I smoothed here and wiped there and brushed and added a little more.
When I was done I looked like Frieda Kahlo. Yeah I think I need more practice and decided to take it off. I took a shower. I scrubbed my face. They did not lie. It does not come off. I scrubbed my face. It does not come off. I took a jack hammer to it. No luck.
My husband noticed my new eyebrows. He asked me if I had been working on the car because I had a smudge on my forehead. He tried to remove it by spitting on his finger and rubbing vigorously across my brows. It did not come off.
So if you use this product. I highly recommend lots of practice. You might want to actually have more than 4 eyebrow hairs or it looks painted on. Use an oil based product to get it off. If you make a mistake and color outside the lines you will look like a freak for at least 2 days. Other than that it does what it says. It gives you eyebrows and it is water proof.

1) Good stuff - but use it or lose it - The GOOD: multiple colors, malleable, turns into a "hard rubber" on curing (not a plastic, still slightly soft, like a basketball), gives you the chance to fix things in the "plastic" world with more than just glue and hope.

The BAD: once you open a packet, it's use it or lose it. For most applications, this is just fine -- they give you ball of the stuff about the size of half a man's thumb ... but if you are looking to use it for something small (e.g. I've seen people suggest using Sugru to refill numbering on appliance knobs that have worn clear), then you're frantically looking for other places to apply this stuff before the whole ball cures and you have to throw it away.

The VERDICT: this is nifty stuff and definitely does what it promises -- if you smush it around a wobbly plastic part, it will become a solid rubber boot to support that part. When you look to use a packet, either prepare to toss the extra, or line up all your jobs at once and do them in the 30+ minutes you have - not difficult.

HELPFUL SUGGESTION: if you're repairing something visible, get a razor blade or other flat piece of metal to help shape the putty (and maybe a spoon for curving). Otherwise, your fix will look like a blob of colored silly putty, complete with thumb prints.

2) Sugru is COOL!!! - I purchased a package of black and white Sugru after looking at many Sugru projects on instructables.com and other sites. It looked so cool! I didn't have any plans for using the Sugru, I just had to have it. After receiving the product it sat in my refrigerator for about a week before I decided to try to repair a laptop power cord that was frayed. It worked! That cable repair alone paid for the package of Sugru.

I like to sleep with my Bose earbuds in my ears. Rolling around in my sleep puts a strain on the cord where it attaches to the earbuds. A little Sugru applied and the cable is securely reinforced. Another significant savings!

If you purchase Sugru, be aware that it has a shelf life of around 6 months, longer if you keep it refrigerated. Also keep in mind that it will take some practice to mold it in the shape you need. It is not difficult, but do not expect to be an expert the first time you use it.

1) Great *for the price* - SEE PICS!! - I thought the weirdest thing people said about these brushes is that they smell chemicals. I read these reviews and was thinking - wow people are really sensitive, smell shmell. When I opened the ziplock bag these came in, I was TAKEN BACK by the waft of chemical smell. Like a combination of acrylic nail liquid & paint thinner. Each brush was individually wrapped and I was astonished how much each one smelled IMMEDIATELY washed them one by one - and even turned the bathroom fan on in the process because I know the chemical fumes are not good to breathe in.

YOU KNOW when the company puts a note in the packaging saying the brushes will smell like chemicals because they've been trapped in a ziplock bag that you're nose is not exaggerating and that you didn't just get a bad batch.

PROS:
1) I was happily surprised that none of the handles popped off while washing them.
2) Even more happy that I think I saw only 1 bristle come out while I washed all the brushes. I will say I like that the bristles are a very nice quality. For synthetic bristles they are very soft.
3) I previously had been using a MAC stippling brush that was black with white tips like these and EVERY time I washed it it would clean off the makeup and the water would turn blackish like the black dye was bleeding. I assumed this would happen with these if that happened for years with my MAC brush and NONE of these turned the water or my white towels black while they were drying.

CONS:
1) See above about smell - though the smell did go away after washing them.
2) The brushes take a lot longer to dry than most any brushes I have used. I was really surprised they did not dry over night even after squeezing them out with a dry bamboo paper towel. I even went so far as to hang them upside-down to make sure water wouldn't sit in the metal base of the brush.
3) I wish the eyeshadow brushes were a little more different. These brushes are great, but they are pretty similar to each other. They all look like different variations of brushes I would use to blend shadows - all very similar.

5 days after I purchased these brushes, the price was $3.79 less than what I paid for them from the same seller. I was fairly surprised and contacted Amazon to see if there was any sort of price match thing and they said anything fulfilled through Amazon has a price-match guarantee within 7 days after receiving your product. So I'm happy to say I was able to get it for the lower price.

***UPDATE*** w/ photos

1 handle came off but it honestly didn't bother me - I just paid $18 for one eyeliner brush at sephora the other day and so even if a couple of these brushes had problems (which they don't) I still think they are a great set of brushes for such a low price. A little super glue and I went to hold them all and completely forgot which one I had just glued.

*****I REALLY LIKE how well you can see the amount of product on the brushes - see pic with product on brushes. The picture to the right of the brushes with blush & shadow on them is of the same 2 brushes just after wiping them off on a tissue with a little alcohol (not washed with soap & water).

I would definitely purchase these brushes again or recommend them to friends.

2) These brushes are super, super soft - First off, let me say I am a professional makeup artist. These brushes impressed me, and that is saying a lot, because it takes a lot to impress me. These brushes are super, super soft, the handles and ferrules are sturdy, minimal to no shedding. Excellent product, worth every penny. I was not expecting much for what I paid, but I was extremely, extremely impressed. In addition, the item arrived faster than I had expected. I read the reviews before making my purchase and some customers described them as having a strange smell. Personally, the sets that I received did not smell at all. In any case, you should be washing any brush prior to use anyway, so I imagine if some people received a "smelly" set of brushes, washing them should take care of that.

I can't say enough good things about it. Love. Bought two sets, one for my personal use, one for my kit.
