1) This Creatine powder: Oh-so-fine...literally! - This. Stuff. Here. You'll never need anything else! Incredible value per oz, and the powder is so incredibly fine; it blends so well you'll barely notice in in your recovery drink. I mix a double serving with a scoop of Cellucor's aminos and another helping of unflavored BCAA for a recovery matrix I can sip pre-through-post workout. The fruit punch amino flavor is just enough to cover up any potential chalky taste you might get with creatine. Creatine powder does tend to settle. Just give it a little shake every time you drink, no big deal.

I've been taking creatine for about a year and have used a variety: Cellucor, GNC brand, walmart (pill form)...out of everything this has been the most comparible to GNC's in terms of texture (I actually use an old bottle and refill with this! Shh...) Creatine is awesome for muscle recovery; I definitely feel a difference when I take it! This product is no different. You don't need anything fancy for monohydrate. In fact, I probably feel less swollen from water weight (if at ALL) after taking this product over others. Don't ask me why!

2) Review from ACSM Personal Trainer/Exercise Physiology B.S. - As micronized creatine goes, it's a great price for a product that doesn't seem to vary from one product to the next. Helps in muscle recovery. I do not feel as gassy or bloated as creatine monohydrate. It does not taste bad like CEE (creatine ethyl ester), but CEE absorbs faster. It is more expensive than monohydrate but less expensive than CEE. I will probably go with CEE next time because of the absorption and the price difference isn't terrible - probably $3 per month difference - but if I were to stick with micronized I would buy this product instead of other brands.

Pros:

Tips:
-I would take twice the recommended serving (5g instead of 2.5g).
-This supplement is most helpful for heavy lifting and if you are not planning to do heavy lifting, it might not help you noticeably. Creatine is for highly anaerobic exercises (very intense). If you are doing sprints or lifting weights that are heavy enough where you cannot possibly do more than 8 reps, this is most helpful. If you lift things 10 or 12 times and can keep going if you wanted, you won't notice a huge difference.
-Drink lots and lots of water because creatine pulls water into your muscles with it (which helps in recovery), and because of that it is very easy to get dehydrated to the point of being susceptible to muscle spasms or strains because there is not enough water in your system.

1) Great oil, wonderful company - I decided to try jojoba oil because I heard about the great benefits to the skin and hair. I used to have very bad (I mean really bad) cystic acne and my skin is naturally oily and sensitive to products that are not natural. Therefore, trying jojoba oil was a risk on my part...even with the fact that it was supposed to be all natural. Sometimes, many products are labeled that and don't live up to their name. This time I did not fall victim to false advertising.

With a new skin regimen including weekly microdermabrasion, I moisturized the organic jojoba oil into my skin and went to sleep. Sometimes, my skin tends to get dry in the daytime after a washing and I've noticed that it works wonders as a moisturizer even then without clogging my pores. 2) Jojoba oil - I purchased this oil for myself and my 5 month old daughter, she has eczema in her cheeks. Have been using for a week. So far I love it. The texture is great and love how quickly it dries. I have used many different oils and so far this is my favorite. Rose oil stains your white clothing yellow, kukui oil has a scent and feels greasy, I don't like how almond oil smells, apricot oil is good, I have been using aragan oil but it tends to leave my hair greasy, coconut oil doesn't absorb quickly, tamanu oil has a strong medicinal smell. This jojoba oil doesn't leave my hair greasy or weighed down and dries quickly on my face and doesn't have a scent. Like that it came in a dark glass bottle. The seller contacted me a couple of times to make sure I received the product and asked how I liked it. Great product so far .
